The app license

Holy Spark is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs your use of the iPhone app. This page provides helpful information about purchases and support; it does not replace or modify Apple’s standard agreement.

Free reading and optional purchases

The Bible text and verse feed are free to read. Holy Spark also offers optional paid access to additional features. The app shows the features, price, billing period, and any trial terms before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions and trials

Apple processes in-app purchases through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. If an offer includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription at the displayed price when the trial ends unless you cancel in time. Apple recommends cancelling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Holy Spark. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For full instructions, see Apple’s subscription cancellation guide.

Restoring purchases and refunds

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. For a refund request, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple handles refund requests according to its policies and applicable consumer rights.
